Thermotraffic attaches great importance to compliance with legal regulations, internal Code of Conduct and our Code of Conduct for Business Partners. In order to meet this requirement, it is important to learn about, prevent and avoid potential violations by our own employees or those of our business partners. In the Thermotraffic whistleblowing system, information is handled in an independent, impartial and confidential manner.

The whistleblowing system allows employees, managers, business partners and other third parties to safely and anonymously report misconduct or violations of the law, our internal Code of Conduct or our Code of Conduct for Business Partners.

We want to work together to identify violations and minimise risks. We are grateful for any information that will help us to rectify any irregularities. In turn, you will be making a valuable contribution to our compliance process and actively helping us to meet all our obligations under the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG)

Our whistleblowing system guarantees the highest level of protection for whistleblowers and those affected, so that there is no fear of retaliation for filing a report. You have our assurance that we do not take any action to identify anonymous whistleblowers. Your information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality by qualified staff in a process that is fair, fast and secure.

HOW WILL YOUR REPORT BE HANDLED?

Firstly, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days of submitting your report (except in the case of anonymous reports). Your report will then be assessed and, if necessary, further investigation will be initiated. The results of the investigation will then be analysed. In the event of a proven violation/misconduct, appropriate sanctions will be taken (depending on the severity) and, if necessary, the appropriate authorities will be informed/involved. You will be informed of the status of your report and/or the outcome of any investigation within three months of your report.

There are also publicly accessible reporting centres where you can report irregularities. These can be found on the websites published by the relevant country/state, depending on the area concerned.
