Roles reversed: At the “Company Meets School” (CMS) event at CJD Grammar School in Versmold, it wasn’t the students who presented themselves, but the companies who presented their training opportunities. We were there too.
Our Management Assistant and Training Coordinator, Jessica Obst, teamed up with one of our trainees to give around 250 young adults the ins and outs of the training opportunities at Thermotraffic. They had 25 minutes to make their pitch before the next company took over.
Over 24 companies from Versmold and the wider region pitched themselves. Companies from the worlds of engineering, food production, media, public services, finance, construction and logistics were present. Thermotraffic has been taking part in the event since 2022 and we’ll be there again next year.
